His expertise spanned behavioural psychology, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) training and life coaching. He was passionate about creating learning experiences that went beyond surface-level skill development to foster genuine personal transformation.

Gokul Krishnan brings over 25 years of diverse experience as an entrepreneur, trainer, life coach and business consultant. Based in Hyderabad, his multifaceted background enables him to understand the challenges faced by individuals and organisations from multiple perspectives.
As a master trainer, Gokul specialises in creating highly engaging, practical learning experiences that drive real behavioural change. His facilitation style is energetic, empathetic and focused on empowering participants to discover solutions through self-realisation.

Alok Tiwary brings over 20 years of extensive experience in training, customer experience and operational excellence. His expertise spans multiple industries and encompasses a wide range of training and coaching competencies.
Alok has worked with leading organisations to enhance customer service quality, build high-performing teams and develop leadership capabilities. He is a certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner, C.O.P.C. (Customer Operations Performance Center) certified, and an Achieve Global accredited trainer, credentials that sit behind an approach combining practical industry experience with proven training methodologies to create programmes that deliver measurable business impact.
His work centres on three areas: professional effectiveness, helping individuals sharpen productivity, communication and workplace performance; customer service excellence, building customer-centric cultures and service competencies; and coaching, working one-on-one and in groups on leadership and performance.
