Signature Programmes

Proven Programmes, Built and Refined Over Years of Real Delivery

STAR, STRIVE and SEED are Excelledge's proprietary flagship programmes. Unlike our Core Training offerings, which are built around your specific context, these three carry a defined structure, a track record and a proven curriculum shaped by real classrooms and real placement seasons. Each one meets a different life stage, school, college transition and campus placement, and each runs on the same GRIP method that makes Excelledge training stick.

STAR: A Structured Life Skills Journey That Grows With Every Student

STAR is not a one-off workshop. It is a four-stage journey that runs alongside a student's most formative school years, aligned with NEP 2020, and designed so that each year builds on the one before it.

01

Class 8, Self Introspection

The starting point is awareness, not achievement. Students take stock of their own strengths and gaps, begin to picture what they are working toward, and start building the everyday habits that make the rest of school manageable rather than overwhelming.

02

Class 9, Self Development

With that foundation in place, the focus shifts outward. Students explore the paths open to them, learn to turn subconscious habits into deliberate ones, and build the study and learning skills that carry them through the exam years ahead.

03

Class 10, Self Demonstration

This is the year everything gets tested, in the classroom and beyond. Students learn to present themselves with confidence, bring three years of self-discovery into a single clear personal narrative, and pick up the digital safety awareness every teenager now needs.

04

Classes 11 & 12, Advanced Stage

As board exams give way to bigger decisions, STAR shifts toward the world just beyond school. Leadership thinking, career awareness and future readiness take centre stage, schools choose from a curated set of advanced topics suited to where their students are headed, and the tone starts to resemble what STRIVE later builds on in college.

Four stages. One continuous thread of self-awareness, confidence and readiness that a single workshop could never deliver.

STRIVE: Life Skills for the Leap From Classroom to Career

The move from college to the workplace tests more than academic knowledge. STRIVE prepares students for that transition directly, building the everyday skills that carry them through placements and into their first years at work.

STRIVE is not a fixed curriculum, it's a menu. We draw from a wide bank of workshop topics and help each institution choose the mix that fits its students, rather than running every college through the same three modules.

Self-Awareness Self-Confidence Communication Skills Presentation Skills Leadership Emotional Intelligence Time Management Stress Management Goal-Setting Interview Readiness + more, built around your students

Format: Start Light, Go Deeper If You Need To

STRIVE begins as a workshop-based programme, individual sessions that run 3 to 6 hours, easy for any institution to schedule without disrupting the academic calendar. That format alone gives students a solid, practical foundation. But it's a starting point, not a ceiling. Where a college wants more, STRIVE extends into a fuller training programme, built around a deeper mix of these topics, shaped to the institution's specific needs.

Not three fixed modules, a flexible bank of topics that scales from a single workshop to a full programme, whichever the moment calls for.

SEED: Skill Enhancement and Employability Development

A degree alone doesn't make a graduate employable, the right skills do. SEED closes that gap directly, structured around the interview table rather than the exam hall, and built to work whether a college wants a light-touch intervention or a multi-year commitment to placement outcomes.

01

Foundation Track 18 Hours / 3 Days

For colleges where time is tight but the employability gap still needs closing. A compact, focused track that covers the essentials, enough to move the needle without asking for a large block of academic calendar.

02

Confident Track 36 Hours / 6 Days

The recommended starting point for most institutions. A fuller mix of self-awareness, workplace readiness and interview preparation, striking the balance between depth and practicality that suits the widest range of colleges.

03

Growth Track 48 Hours / 8 Days

For institutions ready to go further. Growth builds on Confident with additional depth across communication, interview practice and professional readiness, suited to colleges that want placement training to be a genuine differentiator, not a checkbox.

04

Transform Track 6 Semesters, 78 Hours Total

Not a one-time training, a multi-year investment. Transform builds skills in layers from the first year of college through to placement season, so that by the time students face an interview panel, they are ready rather than rehearsed.

Four tracks. One outcome: students who walk into placement season prepared, and institutions with the numbers to prove it.

One Journey, Three Programmes

A Path That Follows the Student, Not Just the Moment

STAR, STRIVE and SEED are not three unrelated offerings, they are three stages of the same journey. A school that starts students on STAR in Class 8 is already building the self-awareness and confidence that STRIVE later sharpens into workplace-ready skills, and that SEED ultimately turns into interview readiness and placement outcomes. Institutions don't need to choose one moment to invest in a student's growth. The strongest partnerships are the ones that follow the student across all three.

One student. Multiple years. A single, connected path from self-discovery to a job offer.

The Method Behind Every Session

Different Programmes, One Way of Teaching

Whether it's a Class 8 student in a STAR session, a final-year engineer working through SEED's Confident track, or a college student in a STRIVE workshop, every Excelledge session runs on GRIP, our four-stage approach to training that actually sticks. Game or Trigger, Reflection, Internalisation, Practical Commitment. The programme changes with the audience. The method that makes it stick never does.

Outcomes That Speak for Themselves

Only 42.6% of Indian graduates are considered employable today, a gap that no single course or lecture closes on its own. It takes sustained, structured training, which is exactly what STAR, STRIVE and SEED are built to deliver.

3,000+
College students trained through STRIVE and SEED across engineering, non-engineering and PG institutions in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh
25-30%
Average improvement in placement rates at partner institutions
50%+
Increase in campus selections reported by institutions running SEED
15+
Institutional partnerships across schools, colleges and corporates, many spanning multiple years and multiple programmes

Numbers that represent real change in real classrooms, not just activity on a report.
